Mobility Partners will assign you a personal relocation counselor. The counselors will be your primary contact at Mobility Partners and will be able to start the real estate process and then call on the other service providers that may be required for your relocation, such as a mortgage broker, a household goods moving company and any other service provider that may be required to ensure you have a good moving experience and obtain good value.

Our realtor referral service includes an established network of realtors. We utilize realtors from well known national, regional and local real estate firms. Realtors are prescreened on your behalf and you don’t have to waste time finding out if the realtor has experience related to your specific needs. Realtors can be recommended based on our past experience. If you have special needs that you feel these realtors are not suited for, then we will find you that realtor. Such an example could be a language requirement. We will do the leg work for you.

Our counselors will be available to you throughout your relocation and will be in touch with you to monitor the realtor’s performance. Your input to us is important in deciding future usage of the realtor. The realtor does benefit by receiving repeat business from us. Having Mobility Partners behind you is similar to having the strength of a major corporation supporting you.

You are also free to negotiate the commission on your home sale, directly with the realtor. You also have the added benefit of doing the initial research on the realtor at arms length and you don’t have to worry about realtors hassling you for your business, while the decision is being made.
